If you deleted unvoluntarily your SMS-Ticket or your mobile phone with such a ticket is lost or stolen.
If your ticket has not been received within the specified period of time (as noted above in article 5 or in the FAQ under point 9).

If you receive tickets by e-mail, it may happen that the spam filter blocks the tickets. In this case, consult first the spam folder before contacting us.
In order to prevent that the spam filter blocks our email tickets, add our email address below to your address book.
You can at any time print out your tickets by login in with your user name and password on http://www.mocom.be/main.php and then click on "My past purchases". The left hand symbol opens your ticket as a pdf-document.
